Our Goju Kai National Tournaments is held twice in a four year cycle, held in different provinces throughout South Africa.  Karateka get chosen from the results of these tournaments to participate every four years at our World Tournament that is held on a different continent each time. 

Our National Tournaments have expanded to facilitate our most important aspect of our art which is our traditional side.  Jiyu Kumite and Bunkai are highly contested and very important as we continue to preserve and grow the true Budo art of Goju Kai Karate.
